A riddle, 20 weeks, and The Joker
Okay here is a riddle for you. What happens when you leave a dad, a two year old, and a toaster home alone?.... I was at a dance competition this weekend and got a text from Nick saying, "In case you were wondering, dvd's melt in the toaster, and your toaster is toast." Yep, that's right, Sydney put "Annie" in the toaster and toasted it. As you can see in the pictures below, dvd's die in the toaster. I just laughed when I saw the poor movie in it's grave. It was pretty funny. Also here is the 20 week update. We find out what we are having on Thursday. We are super excited and will post as soon as we know. I went to the doctor last Thursday and lets just say left feeling very depressed and down on myself. I have gained far too much weight and am still throwing up. To top that off, some of my dancers got me sick and I've been without a voice since Tuesday, with a fever and runny and clogged nose. I hate that you are always clogged and runny when you're sick. I've been miserable this week. Okay now for the joker. Sydney got into my makeup again and this is the result. She is a silly mess maker. Well that's about it. Enjoy.

I am so sorry that you have been so sick. Moms & soon-to-be moms should not be allowed to be sick. I love your adventures and your great sense of humor. Good to know about the dvds as a future mom of a toddler.

Wow! I would've never thought that a DVD could melt so small. Now I know thanks to Sydney! I loved her make up and the whole weight thing.... what can you do? I wish you were feeling better though. That is too bad. We'll be waiting to hear what your having. :)
Laurel, you look fabulous and I'm sorry you have been sick. I've had the sniffles too and it's no fun when combined with being pregnant. Good thing you have a cute little girl to keep you laughing!
It looks like Sydney got into a fight. She is such a little cutey.
Maybe you should just feed the little thing. Gosh, she probably just wanted some toast, then you punch her in the eye. Laurel!!!

Laurel, I just want to say that you look great!!! I have about 13 weeks left and I look like I am due any day. I have people ask me if I am due soon and when I say no then they ask if I am having twins! :( Anyway you look wonderful!! I am so sorry that you have been feeling sick on top of feeling sick. I was my sickest during my 2nd tri. so I hope that you start feeling better. Maybe you are having a boy.:) I hope your days are better! Love ya!!
P.S. That is too funny about your toaster, I can't believe she even thought about putting the DVD in there. :) Children are just so wonderful! :)
