We were so lucky to have grandma and grandpa come for a visit this last week. We have been missing family so much, but have been so fortunate to have a visitor about every two months since moving here. I don't know what I would do if that weren't the case. We went to Johnson Space Center again and lets just say we will use our pass that we bought. We'll be going again in November when my mom and Russ come for Thanksgiving. We went to the zoo, Tin Roof (our fun bbq spot that we love, locally owned and one of kind.), Nick's uncle Clifton came for a visit, swam in still 90 degree weather. Someday it will cool down, just visited and loved every minute of it. I was so sad when they left and I cried so much after we walked away from Scott and Susan. Yeah I'm a big baby, but I love having family around. Sydney loves Grandpa, she was his little buddy. There is just something about grandpa that she absolutely adores. Maybe it's the fact that he is as smitten with her as she is with him. It was so fun and we are so glad that we had the opportunity to show them around Kingwood, and Houston. MIss you already and can't wait for our next visitors, or our next trip home.

I can't believe how old Sydney looks. Ya, I wish you guys lived close again so we could hang out. Houston looks like a pretty town, just judging by pics you've got on your blog. Maybe we'll have to come visit!!
We watched a bunch of the video of the trip! Looks like you guys had a great time. We miss you guys a ton Sydney's hair is getting long!! Wow. :)

FIRST- I can't get over how grown-up Sydney is!!!
SECOND- We miss you guys like you wouldn't believe. We were just talking about you the other day and saying what great friends we have and how nobody can replace them, and how we want you to move to AZ:)!!!
THIRD- as soon as we can afford it, we are coming to visit too!!!
FOURTH- I AM going to call you one of these days and truly catch up. We have so much to talk about:):):)
I am glad that you have been having family visit so often. It makes the time go by faster. It is always so hard to see them leave again though, especially for the little ones. Thank goodness for such great families

Laurel -- Sydney is just turning into a beauty! I'm planning to be in Houston for Thanksgiving -- my parents as well. I would love to try that bbq place! I love me some pulled pork and corn bread! Hope to see you then!
Sydney is getting so big and I saw a picture of you on Carli's blog and you look so beautiful. you have such a pretty family.
