Tragedy
So I got a phone call from my mom this morning saying that the plane that takes her office to Moab Utah crashed and killed all on board. It was 10 people. Most of them I knew well and the other three I had never met. If you want information on the plane crash you can go to ksl.com or any other Utah news website. I just wanted to say how sad I am for all of the families that lost family members in the plane crash. It makes me so thankful for the Atonement and the opportunity I have to be sealed to my family for all eternity. I am so thankful for the gospel and the peace it brings into my life during times of turmoil. I can't imagine what it must feel like to lose a father, spouse, child, brother or sister, but I lost some friends in the plane crash. I am so sad and heartbroken, but I know that these families can be together again. I am so grateful for my family and the blessing they are to me. Please remember my mom in your prayers as she worked closely and was friends with her co-workers. Love you all and hope all is well with you.

I saw your mom at the temple on Saturday after the horrible news. It was amazing to see all of the staff at the temple for another families sealing (that is what we were there for). What a strong group of people and it was great to be reminded of the wonderful blessings of eternal families! It was definitely a bitter sweet day.

I still can't believe that story. I even had a dream about it last night because I couldn't stop thinking about it. How sad. It's good to hear some of the family members are doing okay though. Let your mom know that she, as well as you, are in our prayers. Love you!

we heard about that on the news while we have been here. I for some reason thought about your mom when I heard about that. I just remember you saying that she worked for a dermatologist office and when they said the location well... I am glad that she was staying at home that day and I hope that she will be able to be strong and help the other families out that have had to go through this hard time.
Surely is crazy. I wish I could say or do something to make it better, but it just can't happen. Best wishes to you and mom.
I am so sorry to hear the news. I am so glad that your mom wasn't aboard. Mike said that he knew the plane and the pilot when he was working in Cedar City at the airport for a short while. How is your mom holding up with all that is going on at work? On a lighter note I love your new profile picture of Sydney its so cute.
